LMU-DCOM TO HOST OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE AWARENESS CONFERENCE
February 28, 2012 - Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) will host an Osteopathic Medicine Awareness Conference (OMAC) on Saturday, April 14, 2012, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the LMU-DCOM building on the LMU main campus in Harrogate, Tenn.
The OMAC is designed for prospective students, current applicants, pre-med or pre-health faculty advisors and any other interested parties. The agenda includes an overview of osteopathic medicine; a curriculum overview; a discussion of the application process and admissions information; a presentation on financial aid; an osteopathic manipulative medicine demonstration; a Q&A session with current LMU-DCOM students; tours of the LMU-DCOM building; and lunch.
