LMU TO OFFER CHILDREN’S SUMMER ART WORKSHOP

July 25, 2012 - Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) will offer a children’s Summer Art Workshop focusing on manga, comic books and dark room techniques August 6, 7 and 8 at the Blue Bird Building on the LMU main campus in Harrogate, Tenn.

Day one of the camp will focus on character development. Day two will concentrate on scene and storyline and day three will be used to finish a mini page.

The camp will run from 10 a.m.-noon each day for children aged 8-12 and from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. for 13-17-year-olds. Cost is $10 per day or $25 to pre-register for all three days.
