LMU-DCOM LAUNCHES ONLINE CME SITE
May 29, 2014 - Lincoln Memorial University–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) has launched an online CME site through the online learning management system EthosCE (http://www.ethosce.com/).
This platform provides an online tool for delivery of LMU-DCOM continuing education programs and distance learning for health care professionals. Initially, a one-hour CME program entitled “Case-Based Learning and Clinical Teaching Models” will be released, which has been developed with the expertise of LMU-DCOM faculty. The course was developed for LMU-DCOM Clinical Adjunct Faculty and provides 1.0 hour of AOA Category 1-B credit when completed. However, any health care professional in a teaching role would benefit from the information. Upcoming courses are in development and include Medical Laboratory Sciences, Disaster Medicine, Internet Point-of-Care and Best Practices in Teaching and Learning.
