THE RAILSPLITTER PLAYHOUSE PRESENTS THE CURIOUS SAVAGE



November 4, 2010 - Harrogate, Tennessee — Lincoln Memorial University’s (LMU) Railsplitter Playhouse will present its fall production - The Curious Savage- November 10-13, with nightly showings at 7:30 p.m., in the auditorium of the Duke Hall of Citizenship on the campus of LMU.

The Curious Savage, written by John Patrick, centers on Ethel Savage, who has been left a large inheritance by her late husband. When her stepchildren do not approve of her plans for the money, they commit her to a sanatorium. The Curious Savage is a touching comedy, packed with wonderful characters. In the end, the question becomes who is truly crazy. Sara Schutz directs the LMU production.
